Questions we get before booking
Is toll included in the per-kilometre rate?
No. Toll, parking and inter-state permit are billed at actuals and shown separately on the bill. The per-kilometre rate and driver allowance do not change.
Why is there a 300 km per day minimum?
On outstation trips the vehicle and driver are with you for the whole day even if you drive less. The minimum covers that. Local city trips inside Pune or Mumbai are charged differently — ask on the call.
Do you charge extra for night pickups?
No night surcharge on airport transfers. For outstation departures before 5 a.m. the driver allowance counts for that day, which is the only difference.
How much advance do you take?
Nothing for local and airport trips. For multi-day outstation bookings we take a small advance to block the vehicle, adjusted in the final bill.
Can we book a one-way drop?
Yes, on most routes. One-way is quoted separately from the round-trip rate card because we do not charge you for the empty return — call or message the route and we will send the figure.
